Urgent same-day supply is not assumed. Confirmed ordering cut-offs are designed to protect roast and delivery planning.
Samples and visits
Sample availability depends on the current roast plan and is not guaranteed for every coffee. Collection, delivery and tasting arrangements are confirmed before dispatch. Production areas are not open for unscheduled visits because active roasting and packing require controlled access.
