Built from service backwards
Ember & Palm began with a simple question: what makes a coffee programme easier to run well every day? Our answer was not a larger catalogue. It was clearer product roles, better recipes and direct conversations with the people brewing the coffee.
We roast in small production batches and review coffees through cupping and service-style brewing.
What we value
- Specific information over vague flavour claims
- Respectful, long-term supplier relationships
- Quality decisions that survive a busy shift
- Training that improves the actual workplace
- Packaging and ordering choices reviewed for waste

Sourcing language
We share origin, producer or cooperative details when reliable information is available. Coffee prices and availability can change with harvest, logistics, quality and currency conditions. We avoid promising permanent coffees from seasonal agricultural supply.
Our UAE context
Heat, transport and varied service environments matter. We plan dispatch and storage guidance for local conditions and work with partners to keep roasted coffee away from prolonged heat exposure.
